Trading Psychology Workshops

One urge a week — the thing you can’t quite resist at the screen. We don’t fight it. We put it on trial and let the numbers give the verdict. Watch the session, then take the slides.

“Buy the Dip” — But When?

“Buy the dip” is good advice. But when — after 1 red candle, or 5? A vague instruction can’t be measured.

So we make it repeatable: turn the urge into a setup with predefined conditions, log it, and let the count tell you what actually pays. No pattern, no repetition, no odds — we don’t guess it, we count it.

Setup & Probability — How to Know Your Real Trading Odds

Trading is a game of probabilities. So where are yours?

You can’t know your odds until your setup repeats — the same setup every time, so each trade becomes one data point you can count instead of a moment to blame yourself for.

Your urge isn’t a flaw to fight. It’s your lower-probability hypothesis, waiting to be tested. So don’t ban it. Log it — and over time the count, not your memory, tells you which behaviour pays better.

Exiting Early in the Diagnose — Which One Pays Better?

You’re onside and the target’s close, but it’s taking too long — the anxiety builds and you bank the profit early. Then price runs on and tags your target without you.

So which pays better: taking the profit early, or holding to target? This week we run it live in the Diagnose — name the urge, turn it into A vs B, and let the count decide. We don’t argue it. We count it.

Entering Early on FOMO — Which One Pays Better?

You’re flat, the move takes off without you — the urge hits and you jump in before your setup is there. Then it snaps back, or you got in so late the win barely pays.

So which pays better: entering on the urge, or waiting for your full setup? We don’t argue it. We count it.

Moving to Break Even — Which One Pays Better?

You’re onside, so you move your stop to break even — now the winner can’t turn into a loss. Then price clips you at zero and runs straight to your target without you.

So which pays better: moving to break even, or leaving your stop where it is? We don’t argue it. We count it.

Exiting Early — Which One Pays Better?

You’re onside, close to your target — not quite there. Prices retrace, you get anxious, you take the money. Then you watch it hit your target without you.

So which pays better: taking the profit early, or holding to target? We don’t argue it. We count it.

A new session goes up every Tuesday.

Stop guessing. Start measuring.

Every urge becomes a question your numbers can answer. Build a setup, log a trade, and let the count settle it.
